FAQS:

Custom orders are welcome. We will work with you to design a glass you will love.
All our designs can be put on different glasses and painted different colors. Example: stem less wine glasses, beer glasses, beer mugs, whiskey tumblers, shot glasses, and water glasses. Prices vary. Please contact us for prices.

LEAD TIME:
This is a customized made to order item. It is unique, original and one-of-a-kind. It will take us from one to two weeks to paint this item for you and deliver.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
All glassware is painted with non-toxic glass paint. It is cured to make it durable.
To secure the beauty of your piece:

- Hand wash
- Dishwasher safe (Top Shelf only)
- Avoid soaking it in water for long periods of time.
- Refrain from using sharp utensils on the painted area to avoid scratches.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

There is no refund on custom orders. Unless we have made a mistake. All other purchases: We will issue a refund minus shipping and $1.00 fee. Purchaser needs to pay return shipping cost. Refund will be given once we receive item back in the condition we shipped it.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

Cancellation policy: If you contact us within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund. After 24 hours it is $2.00 per glass deduction off purchase. After 48 hours no cancellation if shipped or custom order.
